The beautiful two-storey country home with a magnificent ocean view is situated five minutes by car south of the village of Tijarafe, in close proximity to beautiful hiking possibilities. Each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is downstairs, divided into a sitting area with satellite TV and the kitchen with dining table. Upstairs, next to the bedroom, is a small, covered terrace facing to the south. Thick walls and the wooden ceiling above the interior staircase bear witness to the age of the 80 m² house, which dates from the late 1800s. WiFi available in the whole house and in the garden. The interiors are very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, also with some antique pieces. The garden has a myriad of flowers and carefully furnished sitting areas as well as a nice barbecue. The roof terrace offers a wonderful view to the sea and the mountains across palm trees. It is a marvel to watch the sun set into the ocean. Avocados, fruit trees and beautiful flowers adorn the property.
