Located in the green hills above Mazo, is the more than a century old country house, with a pool, terrace and amazing sea view. It is situated on a former large tobacco finca and is surrounded by green areas, chestnut and fruit trees. The house has been renovated with loving attention to detail and by using the original working materials such as pine heartwood, stone and tiles.  It also has a new floor heating. On a surface of 75 m², it offers a double bedroom, a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with large dining table and an elegant bathroom. An original wood-beamed ceiling arches above the large living room, which has an open fireplace.  Here, separated by a beautiful screen, a comfortable sleeping area has been created. Radio, satellite TV and a house telephone are available, as well as high-speed Internet connection. Wireless Internet access is available on the entire property. The house has been beautifully decorated in a country home style with Mexican furniture. There are barbecue areas in the front and back of the house. On the neighbouring property is a house, which belongs to a relative, who doesn’t come while Felipe Lugo is rented out.  There are two bicycles available, which allow you to get easily to the village of Mazo, to supermarkets and the bus stop. The pool can be heated upon request.
