This wonderfully renovated non-smoking house is situated in the hills above Tijarafe – La Punta, offering a magnificent ocean view. The finca of 10,000 m² has an abundance of flowers and plants. On a surface of approx. 70 m², this rural house has two bedrooms, an elegant shower bath and a large living room with a sitting area (Sat-TV, radio and CD-player available) and a great built-in kitchen with dining table. All rooms have permanently installed radiators. The typical Canarian wood-beamed ceilings and the terracotta tiles create an enchanting atmosphere.
