Embedded in Los Quemados, in the steep volcanic landscape at the southern-most tip of La Palma, this lovingly reconstructed old country home is situated. On a surface of 40 m², there is a lovely comfortable kitchen with Old-Canarian smoke outlet as well as sofa bed and satellite TV, a beautiful bedroom and small, yet elegant bathroom. The old roof beams made of wonderful pine heartwood are original, equally the benches below the windows and wooden shutters. The ceiling beams made of wonderful pine heartwood are still the originals, equally die benches underneath the windows and the heavy, high wooden shutters. There is a feeling of completeness about this sweet little country house, that makes one at home. The interiors are carefully decorated with a lot of taste, partly with antique pieces of furniture. The neighbouring Casona Melindros belongs to the same landlady, who loves to attend to her guests and their needs. The terrace in front of the house consists of a large landscaped area of lava stone with many endemic tropical plants and flowers, as well as a barbecue and various different sitting areas. From here, one has a never-ending expansive view across the volcanoes and the ocean into the sunset.
