This rather unpretentious 60 m² large country home, with a wonderful view across the south coast, is located in the scarcely populated hilly landscape of the Fasnia region. The original architectural style, with ceilings that are higher than 4 m and a beautiful mosaic floor, creates an impression of space. There is a natural stone terrace in front of the house, with a little wall and a beautiful covered barbecue area. The house has an eat-in kitchen with sofa bed and Sat TV, bedroom as well as bathroom (renovated 2018). A good WiFi connection is also available. A picturesque ruin on the neighbouring property was converted into the beautiful Casa Cha Carmen.
