The apartment is the smaller part of a feudally enlarged bodega in a magnificent location with an expansive sea view in Las Manchas. The non-smoker house has a surface of 65 m². The living room, dining room and kitchen form a large, cosy room, furnished with pinewood and wicker furniture and with a leather couch. Next to it is a beautiful bedroom as well as a bathroom (no washing machine). Outside the terrace is beckoning, it is partially covered in the Old-Canarian style with a barbecue area. From here, wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed, with colour reflexes along the relief of the mountain slopes. Also included as a part of the modern conveniences are central heating, a safe, a stereo system, satellite TV, ADSL connection (also WiFi).
